About Our BJJ Program
Our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program teaches real-world grappling skills in a welcoming, ego-free environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, Professor Gabriel Costa's curriculum develops your technique, strength, and mental toughness at your own pace.
Fundamentals classes run Monday–Friday mornings at 6:00 AM and evenings at 6:00 PM. Advanced sessions available for experienced students.
