Our Big Kids program bridges the gap between youth and adult training. Teenagers face unique pressures -academic stress, social challenges, and identity. BJJ gives them a productive outlet, a supportive community, and skills that transfer to every area of life.

Professor Gabriel Costa is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt with over 15 years of training and competition experience. His teaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals, developing each student at their own pace, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone -from complete beginners to seasoned competitors -can thrive.
